Baltic and Scandinavian Emperors

Behold the impressive Church of the Savior in St. Petersburg

Immerse yourself in Baltic and Scandinavian culture as you visit a plethora of countries—including Denmark, Finland, and Russia—on this 10-night odyssey.

Your journey begins in Copenhagen, Denmark’s bejeweled capital, where you’ll have the opportunity to dine at a Michelin-starred restaurant and visit the iconic Little Mermaid statue.

Once aboard the luxury cruiser Marina, you’ll sail to Warnemünde—a German port with long stretches of white-sand beaches. Not up for the surf and sand? Take a scenic drive to Berlin to see the Brandenburg Gate and infamous Berlin Wall.

On the island of Bornholm—a Danish territory in the Baltic Sea—walk the cobblestone streets of Rønne or venture outside the city limits to survey the rocky cliffs and hand-tended gardens.

Marina will then sail to Poland, where you’ll uncover the history of Gdynia at the Emigration Museum and the Polish Naval Museum. Meanwhile, nearby Gdańsk is home to the National Maritime Museum and a number of historical churches.

Hopping over to Lithuania, discover Klaipeda, where exquisite street art and German-inspired facades await.

Next stop, Tallinn—the capital of Estonia and one of Europe’s most compelling walled cities—offers breathtaking architecture, including the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and the Kadriorg Art Museum.

Spend three days basking in the imperial grandeur of St. Petersburg, Russia’s window to the West. Here, pastel-colored palaces and onion-domed churches complement the city’s vast network of canals and arched bridges. Must see attractions include the Russian Museum, as well as the State Hermitage Museum, where a wide selection of Picasso paintings are on display.

Your vacation comes to an end in Stockholm after swinging by Helsinki and Suomenlinna—an 18th-century fortress and nature preserve that spans six linked islands off the coast of Finland.
