As managing director of strategic initiatives, Allison DeWitt oversees the Indiana University Alumni Association’s operations team, manages the organization’s strategic initiatives, and creates tools and frameworks for measuring the impact of alumni engagement at Indiana University.
Her advancement and association management experience provides her with a well-rounded skill set in areas such as volunteer management, event and program design, training and development, membership and constituent outreach, and communications. Previously, Allison worked in alumni engagement at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, Ball State University Foundation, and the North American Hardware and Paint Association.
Allison also works closely with the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), and she is now a member of the CASE Indiana Committee.
She has a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in public affairs at Indiana University.
