Nominate an outstanding alum
We invite you to nominate a fellow alumnus who deserves to be celebrated by completing this form. The Distinguished Asian/Pacific American Alumni Award recipient must be present to receive the award. It is intended that the award will be presented during the annual Fall banquet hosted by the IU Asian Culture Center in October, or at some other appropriate function determined by the IUAPIAA Board.
In addition to the required fields, you must complete the statement of nomination and electronically attach a resume or biographical information with the form.
