Fill out this form completely to nominate a living IU Latino or Latina alum for the Distinguished Latino Alumni Award. The recipient must be present to receive the award. Unless otherwise determined, the award shall be given at a Latino Alumni banquet during the Fall Latino Alumni Reunion Weekend or an approved alternate function.
